Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Mealy works right away without signing in. Signing in with Apple or email is optional and syncs your data across devices.
How do I delete my account and data? In the app, open the You tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data.
How is my data handled? See our Privacy Policy. Chat messages and meal photos are processed by our AI partners (Google Gemini / OpenAI) to generate replies; nothing is used for advertising.
Is Mealy medical advice? No. Mealy offers general wellness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Terms of Service.
